We also accept flexible and reasonable third-party financing through CareCredit and LendingClub, both of which offer no-interest payment plans for six months or low monthly payment plans for 24, 36, 48, or 60 months.
Dental Insurance Benefits Policy
To further help ensure affordability does not keep you from receiving the care you want and deserve, we work hard to help you maximize your dental benefits. We can work with your insurance carrier and bill them for reimbursement for their estimated part of all treatment you receive. Our rates are competitive too.
It’s no secret that dental benefits policies vary, which means any dental practice is only able to estimate coverage. Unless other financial arrangements have been made, we ask patients to pay their estimated portion of treatment at the time of their visit. Any expected payment that is not paid by your insurance carrier is the patient’s responsibility. If the insurance company pays after you have already submitted payment, or if it pays more than expected, you will be notified, and any overpayment will be sent to you.
Keep in mind that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If at any time those benefits change, you are responsible for paying the remaining charges. Another thing to consider is that dental insurance benefits aren’t directly correlated with dental treatment needs. The benefits represent a set dollar figure based on previously agreed contracts, and the procedures that are covered are decided between your employer and your insurance company. Regardless of your coverage, our dentists will suggest appropriate treatment, no matter what is covered under your insurance.
